Service
The user boosting services and other interactions offered by Xboost Media are designed to improve the appeal of pages, profiles or content by displaying numbers that give them a more popular appearance.
However, it is essential to underline that the purchase of users and/or interactions will be limited exclusively to the specific action for which they were obtained, without guaranteeing active engagement or other type of interaction.
The nature of our services focuses primarily on the quantitative aspect, providing a visible increase in user numbers and interactions.
Each service is extensively described on the dedicated page. It is good practice to carefully read the features of each service before proceeding with the purchase. All XBoost Media services will be used exclusively for marketing purposes.
Due to the nature of the services, delays may occur. In case of delays, please contact our support team. Any delivery delays not reported will not be eligible for a refund. The social media marketing services offered by Xboost Media should not be used for profit and/or to participate in contests based on the number of likes, followers, views, or comments. All social media marketing services provided on XBoost Media may, over time, experience a loss of interactions (likes, views, etc.) usually amounting to about 15-20% of the total. These are "physiological" losses often related to connectivity issues, slowdowns in social advertising systems, and unpredictable variables for XBoost Media and all competitors. It is important to note that, unlike others, XBoost Media offers its customers a monthly guarantee.
Warranty
All social media marketing services from XBoostMedia are guaranteed for 30 days.
During the warranty period, you can request a free recharge of any lost interactions. To request a recharge, simply send an email to: info@xboostmedia.com indicating the order code to allow operators to verify the information match.
Orders
When you place an order, the system analyzes your content and stores your number of interactions (eg Number of Likes, number of views, etc ...).Then the application add the number of the purchased ones and start the service.
Being an automatic numerical control service, the service ends only when the "pre-established number" of interactions is reached (interactions already present + ordered interactions). The only numerical data analyzed by XBoost Media are given by the sum of the interactions present at the time of the order with the ordered interactions.
XBoost Media disclaims any liability in the event of a counterfeit counting from the overlapping of orders placed at other retailers and / or from the simple organic growth of posts / videos / pages, etc.
For the reasons indicated above, it is important not to order multiple services at the same time for the same "link" (post, video, page, etc.) both from XBoost Media and from other agencies, in order to avoid the inability to perform the number of control.
If multiple services are purchased simultaneously for the same link post, video, page, etc.), XBoost Media will process them in chronological order pending the completion of each individual order to activate the next with consequent extension of time (min 48 hours for each order).
It is impossible for all immediate execution digital services to request the cancellation of the order.
Delivery time
All ordered services are started automatically within minutes of receipt. Order start time and delivery times are two different parameters. xboostmedia.com undertakes to activate the services within the estimated times and the customer undertakes to respect the contractual conditions for the service purchased. Orders are processed only on "working" days from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00. All orders placed at times other than those indicated will be processed in the next shift.
Delivery times are indicated in every product page and are purely indicative. The service itself may be slowed down or changed due to various problems or factors beyond the direct control of XBoost Media. Usually orders are completed in 48 hours, but depending on the service and the number of interactions ordered, it can take longer. All delivery times (speed of results) start from the complete acquisition of information / material that the customer is required to provide during the purchase procedure.
It is very important to carefully read the characteristics of the services and provide links to the contents in the required format, before proceeding with the order to avoid lengthening the delivery times beyond the 48 hours established for 90% of the services on sale.
By purchasing a service from XBoost Media, the customer agrees to accept the activation and delivery times of the services.
Refund policy
On Xboost Media you have 30 days to request a refund after which the right expires.
To be eligible for the refund:
- At least 3 days must have passed since the order was placed.
- The link indicated in the order must be public, reachable and in the required format.
- The Xboost Media service must not have produced any results for reasons attributable to Xboost media

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your return request, we will send you an email informing you of the approval or denial of the refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed quickly and will automatically be credited to your credit card or paypal account.
If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Then contact your bank. It often takes some time before a refund is posted.

Multiple purchase
If you purchase multiple services for the same link (post, video, page, etc.), from different resellers, XBoost Media will not be able to check the interactions number and therefore it will not be possible to request a refund.
Payments
It is possible to pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express etc ...) or with your personal Paypal account.
All payments are 100% secure and are never tracked by XboostXBoost.
Limitation of liability
The digital marketing techniques used by XBoost Media comply with the policies of major media networks. However, the continuous evolution of the regulations of each social network and their acceptance by users/customers releases XBoost Media from any liability in the event of account deletion and/or suspension, deletion of interactions (followers, comments, etc.), pages, posts, videos, and/or other content by the social media platforms. Xboost Media is not responsible for any losses of interactions over time, and the service is guaranteed only for a limited period of 30 days, as indicated in the Warranty section.

xboostmedia.com is not authorized, nor a partner of YouTube, Facebook or Instagram. YouTube ™ is a trademark of YouTube.com: xboostmedia.com is not affiliated with YouTube ™, but only provides social marketing and web marketing services to increase the popularity of your online brand.
