Due to the nature of the services, there can sometimes be delays. In the case of any delays, please contact our support team. Any late delivery that has not been reported will not qualify for a refund.
The social media marketing services offered by Xboost Media must not be used for profit and / or to participate in contests based on the number of likes, followers, views or comments.
We are not responsible for your social media account. You are in charge of your social media platform and what content you post.
All social media marketing services provided on XBoost Media could, over time, lose interactions (Likes, views, etc.) which usually amount to around 15/20% of the total. These are "physiological" losses that often concern connectivity problems, slowdowns in social advertising systems and unpredictable variables for XBoost Media and for all competitors. It is important to know that XBoost Media, unlike others, offers its customers a monthly warranty.
All the XBoostMedia social media marketing services are guaranteed for 30 days. During the warranty time it will be possible to request the free refill of any lost interactions. To request a refill, simply send an e-mail to: email@example.com indicating the order code to allow operators to verify the correspondence of the information.
If you get an extreme drop in your interactions or don't experience any interactions, don't hesitate to contact our support team. To contact customer support, simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the order reference code and the reason for the request.
When you place an order, the system analyzes your content and stores your number of interactions (eg Number of Likes, number of views, etc ...).Then the application add the number of the purchased ones and start the service.
Being an automatic numerical control service, the service ends only when the "pre-established number" of interactions is reached (interactions already present + ordered interactions). The only numerical data analyzed by XBoost Media are given by the sum of the interactions present at the time of the order with the ordered interactions.
XBoost Media disclaims any liability in the event of a counterfeit counting from the overlapping of orders placed at other retailers and / or from the simple organic growth of posts / videos / pages, etc.
For the reasons indicated above, it is important not to order multiple services at the same time for the same "link" (post, video, page, etc.) both from XBoost Media and from other agencies, in order to avoid the inability to perform the number of control.
If multiple services are purchased simultaneously for the same link post, video, page, etc.), XBoost Media will process them in chronological order pending the completion of each individual order to activate the next with consequent extension of time (min 48 hours for each order).
It is impossible for all immediate execution digital services to request the cancellation of the order.
All ordered services are started automatically within minutes of receipt. Order start time and delivery times are two different parameters. xboostmedia.com undertakes to activate the services within the estimated times and the customer undertakes to respect the contractual conditions for the service purchased. Orders are processed only on "working" days from 9:00 to 13:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00. All orders placed at times other than those indicated will be processed in the next shift.
Delivery times are indicated in every product page and are purely indicative. The service itself may be slowed down or changed due to various problems or factors beyond the direct control of XBoost Media. Usually orders are completed in 48 hours, but depending on the service and the number of interactions ordered, it can take longer. All delivery times (speed of results) start from the complete acquisition of information / material that the customer is required to provide during the purchase procedure.
It is very important to carefully read the characteristics of the services and provide links to the contents in the required format, before proceeding with the order to avoid lengthening the delivery times beyond the 48 hours established for 90% of the services on sale.
By purchasing a service from XBoost Media, the customer agrees to accept the activation and delivery times of the services.
On Xboost Media you have 30 days to request a refund after which the right expires.
To be eligible for the refund:
- At least 3 days must have passed since the order was placed.
- The link indicated in the order must be public, reachable and in the required format.
- The Xboost Media service must not have produced any results for reasons attributable to Xboost media

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your return request, we will send you an email informing you of the approval or denial of the refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed quickly and will automatically be credited to your credit card or paypal account.
If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Then contact your bank. It often takes some time before a refund is posted.

If you purchase multiple services for the same link (post, video, page, etc.), from different resellers, XBoost Media will not be able to check the interactions number and therefore it will not be possible to request a refund.
It is possible to pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express etc ...) or with your personal Paypal account.
All payments are 100% secure and are never tracked by XboostXBoost.
The digital marketing techniques used by XBoost Media comply with the policies of the main media networks. However, the continuous evolution of the individual company policies and their acceptance by part of the users / customers relieves XBoost Media of any responsibility for any cancellation of accounts, interactions, pages and / or other contents, by their administrators.
